Philippine RH Bill Issues

RH Bill or Reproductive Health Bill in the Philippines is one of the hottest issue in

the Philippines today. This issue is still in dialog and debate by both parties, the anti and pro RH Bill.

Most of the anti RH Bill are the CBCP or the Catholic Bishops of the Philippines and most of the priests and officials of the Roman Catholic Church. On the other hand, the President of the Philippines Pres. Benigno Aquino III is a strong supporter of the RH Bill. What I see in this issue is that the CBCP is still insisting their power over the government. They are threatening the president of excommunication and tax evasion. In this manner seems like were back during the spanish time  were the Church have the power over the government. 

It is annoying to hear those bishops who are talking of non sense words against this bill. Some anti's are telling that this Bill will encourage abortion and it is against to the law of God. For me, those who talk like that are uneducated ("bobols") . To make it clear RH Bill is not encouraging abortion, instead it is promoting responsible parenthood through family planning by the ways of using contraceptions. Talking about contraceptions, it is about the prevention of fertilization during sexual intercourse. Since, in the first place the male and female gametes are being prevented from meeting each other, means to say no life is being created and it is not counted as abortion. For the to church also, they must not think that they are powerful  in controlling the government because there is a separation between state and the church. The best they can do is to teach good values to people or help those unfortunate people enable for them to help, and provide accessible education to the youth because they have a lot of educational institution that collects very high tuition fees. Because for it is sinful to let other people suffer from poverty,with nothing to eat, and cant afford to education than giving equal chance to every child to be born with hope and chance to live with opportunities.
